Two numbers matter most for daily use. At 17.3 inches tall, the C16 is a tall machine, so measure the space under your upper cabinets before ordering. And at 13.2 lbs, it’s heavy enough to stay put while running, but not something you’ll want to move in and out of a cupboard every morning.
How the C16 Works
The C16 is a slow (masticating) juicer. Canoly describes three stages: the auger first pre-cuts ingredients, then slowly presses them at around 45 RPM, and finally juice and pulp come out of separate spouts. Compared with a fast centrifugal juicer, this approach gives smoother, less foamy juice and drier pulp, which is a sign more juice has been extracted.
The 90 oz hopper on top lets you load a batch of produce and let the machine work through it, which is why Canoly markets it as “hands-free”. The juice cup in the box is fairly small, though, so have a larger pitcher ready if you’re making a full batch. One recent reviewer specifically wished it came with bigger cups.

Getting the Best Results: Juice, Milk and Sorbet
Juice
- Alternate soft and hard ingredients. Canoly’s own tip: mix soft fruit with harder produce like carrots, beets or apples for the best flow and yield.
- Still cut larger produce. The 6-inch chute takes many whole fruits, but Canoly’s FAQ says larger produce should still be cut to fit comfortably.
- Greens and celery work. Canoly lists celery, kale, spinach, carrots, beets, ginger, apples and citrus as suitable.
- Drink it fresh. Canoly says cold-pressed juice is best right away, but keeps for about 48–72 hours in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Mind the 30-minute limit. For big batches, give the motor a break after 30 minutes of continuous running.
Plant milk
Use the juice strainer with soaked nuts or oats and water. Canoly suggests oats, almonds, cashews and dates, so you can control sweetness and skip the additives in packaged milk.

Sorbet
Switch to the sorbet strainer and feed in frozen fruit such as mango, berries, banana or pineapple. The result is a soft-serve style dessert made only from fruit, unless you choose to add anything else.
Cleaning and Daily Upkeep
Canoly says the C16 uses fewer removable parts and a quick-disassembly design, and the key features list the removable parts as dishwasher-safe. Most owners in the recent reviews mention easy assembly and cleanup. A simple routine is to run some water through the machine right after juicing, then take it apart and brush the strainer with the included cleaning brush before pulp dries on it.

What Recent Owners Say
The C16 shows 750 reviews on Canoly’s site. We went through the 15 newest, posted between August and early November 2026: 13 were five stars, one was four stars and one was one star.
- Most common praise: easy to use, easy to assemble and quick to clean. One owner said they made almond milk, sorbet and carrot-ginger-turmeric shots within the first days.
- Minor complaint: the four-star reviewer wanted larger juice cups.
- Negative review: the one-star reviewer said it “costs too much for this many issues” without saying what went wrong. Canoly replied publicly.
One of the most detailed reviews in that set is marked “Unverified”, so we didn’t rely on it. The verified reviews are short but consistent.

The Fine Print: Shipping, Returns and Warranty
Shipping
Canoly’s shipping policy offers free shipping on orders over $89, so the C16 ships free. It sells only to the lower 48 U.S. states, even though the site’s currency menu also lists Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany and Hong Kong. Orders are processed in 1–2 days (up to 3 when busy). Free shipping takes 5–8 business days, or you can pay $9.99 for 3–4 business days. You can pick a color and check delivery options on the Canoly C16 product page.
Returns
The product page advertises a 30-day risk-free trial and “complimentary shipping & returns”. The refund policy is a bit narrower:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee.
- Canoly pays return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items.
- For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping.
- The juicer must be cleaned, drained and fully dry, and you need authorization from support@canoly.com before sending it back.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of inspection.
Warranty
The product page mentions a 1-year warranty. Canoly’s policy page adds more: a 1-year limited warranty on the full unit plus a 15-year motor warranty. Warranty claims within 30 days of delivery include free shipping; after that you may pay shipping.

- Pricing: the $299.99 regular price and “Save $100” sit alongside a site banner advertising an extra $100 off. Check the final price in your cart.
